Artist's Description

I hiked into the Mary Rizor preserve early this morning to take some photos of the ice formations along the feeder creek that runs into Lake Shannon. While taking this image, a very healthy mink leaped out of a tree and waddled into the creek for a swim. It was a good morning to spend time out in the woods.
